These terms and conditions apply to every transport and delivery job carried out by Mee Cargo, the brand of EEM Transport BV.
Scope
These terms apply to every quote, order and delivery, unless we agree otherwise in writing. For international road transport, the CMR Convention also applies.
Quotes and prices
Our quotes are non-binding and based on the information you provide. The price depends on the distance, the weight and size of your cargo and the moment you want it transported.
Your cargo
You make sure the cargo is carefully packed and that we receive accurate information about its contents, weight and the addresses. The transport of illegal or dangerous goods is excluded.
Delivery times
We do everything possible to deliver your shipment at the agreed time. Delivery times are obligations of effort; heavy traffic, extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delay.
Liability
Our liability for damage to or loss of your cargo is limited to what Belgian law and, for international transport, the CMR Convention provide.
Governing law
Belgian law applies to all orders. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.
