When you fill in our contact form, request a quote, or reach us via WhatsApp or phone, we keep the details you provide yourself: your name, email address, phone number, the pickup and delivery addresses and the description of your cargo.
We only use your details to handle your request, carry out the transport job and keep you informed about your delivery.
Legal basis and retention
We process your data to perform our agreement with you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. We keep your data no longer than necessary for those purposes.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. Only where necessary to carry out your transport may we share details with our transport partners, and otherwise solely where the law requires us to.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, and to object to its processing. Send your request to info@meecargo.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, the Belgian privacy regulator.
